Excellent seasoning for egg pastas such as tagliatelle, tajarin and pappardelle.

Cooking recommendations:
Bring to the boil at least 2 litres of salted water in a saucepan and cook a pack of tagliatelle (250g) for about 4/5 minutes.
Drain the pasta and season it with some “Favorita Red Truffle sauce” adding a knob of butter then serve.

In order to appreciate the whole truffle taste and intense smell at its best, we don’t recommend adding cheese.
