Our extra virgin olive oil comes from an ancient oil mill, situated on Trasimeno Lake (Umbria ). Hand picking and cold crushing the olives are still carried out according to the ancient processing techniques of the oil tradition and they guarantee a very high quality product. The oil is green with some golden glints. Its bouquet is of fresh vegetables, almonds, fresh flowers and fruit. The taste is fruity, delicate and harmonious. These characteristics are excellent for combining with the flavour and taste of white and black truffles.
