celebrated like local deliciousness, so that Trinci family, Foligno Seignory, used to give them to
their most important guests. Nowadays, Antica Pasticceria Muzzi is a successful reality, leader in the industrial baking market.
New technologies, advanced machineries, trained staff are certainly a good argument but they would
